By using our Services, you agree to the practices described here.
2. The Data We Collect
a) Information you provide directly
- Contact details – name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
- Order details – products purchased, billing & shipping addresses, payment confirmation (last-4 card digits only).
- Support messages – any information you share when you email or live-chat with us.
b) Information we collect automatically
- Usage data – IP address, browser type, device ID, pages visited, time on page, referring URLs.
- Device data – operating system, screen size, and language preference.
c) Information from partners
- Shopify – our e-commerce platform processes your payment and provides order-status details. See Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
- Analytics & marketing tools – Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, etc., which supply aggregated insights (e.g., ad click-through rates).
Your Notion workspace is yours. We do not access or store any personal data you enter inside a duplicated Notion template.

- Contract – to process and deliver your order, provide downloads, and send service emails.

- Legal obligations – to maintain accounting records, comply with tax/consumer laws, and honour data-subject requests.

- Payment details are processed through PCI DSS–compliant gateways; we never store full card numbers.

Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above or as required by tax, accounting, or other legal obligations (generally 6 years for transaction records).
