REFUND POLICY

At The Organized Mums, we aim for customer satisfaction. This policy covers how we handle refunds and returns for both digital and physical products.

1. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK PROMISE FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
If, within 30 days of purchase, you find our digital product (e.g., a Notion template) does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund under these conditions:

a. EFFORT TO TRIAL THE TEMPLATE
   - Provide a detailed explanation of why the product didn’t meet your needs.
   - Show screenshots of attempts to use its features.
   - Collaborate with us to resolve concerns, following our guidance.

b. RESOLUTION PROCESS
   - If we cannot address your concerns after good-faith collaboration, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

c. DISCRETIONARY REFUNDS
   - Refunds outside the 30-day window may be offered at our sole discretion.

d. TECHNICAL ISSUES
   - Report major technical issues within 14 days of purchase.
   - Ensure the issue isn’t due to external factors (e.g., Notion outages).
   - Allow us 48 hours to investigate. If unresolved, we may refund at our discretion.

e. LIMITATIONS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
   - Digital items are “delivered” once the product link is provided or accessed.
   - By purchasing, you acknowledge digital items are non-returnable once accessed.

f. REGIONAL LEGAL WAIVERS
   - UK/EU: The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply after digital content is accessed.
   - US: Refunds for digital products follow the policy stated at purchase time.

2. REFUNDS FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items can be refunded or replaced within 30 days of receipt.
- The product must be in original condition/packaging.
- Shipping costs are typically non-refundable unless the item was faulty or misdescribed.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

  - Order number
  - Purchase email
  - Description (and photos if relevant)
- We review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method per your payment provider’s timeline.
