1. What’s Covered
This policy applies only to purchases of The Calm Mom System made directly through The Organized Mums.
All other digital downloads — e-books, spreadsheets, add-on templates, bundles, and gift cards — are final sale and non-refundable.
We sell digital products only; physical-goods rules don’t apply.
2. Your 30-Day Calm Guarantee
Use the Calm Mom System for 30 consecutive days. If you don’t feel noticeably calmer, more organized, or in control of family life, email us and we’ll refund 100 % of your purchase.
3. Eligibility Checklist

If we can’t get you the results you expected, we’ll issue the refund. Funds normally hit your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. A confirmation email is sent the moment we process the refund on our side.

4. “Oops!” Grace Period (Accidental & Duplicate Orders)

Email hello@theorganizedmums.com within 48 hours. We’ll automatically refund the extra order once we confirm that download links for that order weren’t opened.
Accidental Single Purchase
Changed your mind? Contact us within 24 hours and before downloading the template. Once a file is downloaded or duplicated into Notion, the standard 30-day Calm Guarantee applies.

6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests filed after 30 days.
- No reasonable usage proof.
- Downloaded but “never got around to using it.”
- Prior refund already granted for any Calm Mom System purchase (one per customer).
- Gift cards or store-credit purchases.
- Suspected fraud, bulk-license abuse, or chargeback schemes.
- EU buyers: Under Article 16 (c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, personalized digital goods are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal once delivered.
