These Terms are governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
• By using our Services, you affirm that you have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract.

3. Products & Services

We create and sell:

• Digital products – Notion templates, spreadsheets, e-books, and other downloads.
• Physical products – Limited-edition printed planners or merchandise, offered from time to time.

Some items rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Notion). We are not liable for outages, data loss, or feature changes on those platforms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content—including text, graphics, logos, course material, and digital templates—is the exclusive property of The Organized Mums or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or sublicense our content without prior written consent. Limited, personal use licenses for digital products are non-transferable.

5. Accounts & Security

• You may need an account to access certain materials.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us at hello@theorganizedmums.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Orders & Payments

• Prices may change without notice, but charges reflect the price displayed at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely via Shopify and integrated gateways; we never store full card details.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order—for example, due to suspected fraud or inventory errors.

7. Refunds & Returns

• Digital products – 30-day money-back guarantee when usage criteria are met.
• Physical products – Replacement or refund for damaged/defective items reported within 30 days of delivery.

8. Shipping & Delivery

9. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Organized Mums will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the price you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

13. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
• Entire agreement: These Terms, plus our Privacy, Refund, and Shipping policies, constitute the entire agreement between us.
• Force majeure: We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, internet outages).
