1. Digital Products (Notion templates, e-books, spreadsheets)

Link never expires | You can re-download your files anytime from the original email—handy if you switch devices. |
2. Physical Products (when offered)
Occasionally we launch limited-edition journals, printed planners, or merch. These terms apply to those items only.

Customs, VAT & duties | Import taxes or brokerage fees may apply when your parcel enters your country (e.g., orders under USD 800 usually clear duty-free into the US). These charges are set by your local government and are the buyer’s responsibility. |

3. Tracking & Confirmation
- You’ll receive a tracking link the moment your order leaves the warehouse.
- It can take up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear—especially on weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather events, customs inspections, or carrier backlogs are outside our control.
4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Delayed? If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days (domestic) or 14+ business days (international), email us.
Lost? After the carrier confirms loss, we’ll replace the item or issue a full refund—your choice.
Damaged? Email clear photos within 7 days of delivery so we can file a claim and reship at no cost.
